The service is eligible for patients who are typically those with chronic pain or mood disorders who have failed standard treatment, or are on treatment but would like to wean off a current medication because of ineffectiveness or side effects

All patients can book an appointment with Dr Daniel for an initial face to face appt. In this consult, Dr Daniel can determine if plant-based medicine is suitable for you.

Plant Based Medicine fees

• - Initial consult (20 mins): $180 — Medicare rebate $43.90
• - Follow-up consults (10 mins): $72.85 — Medicare rebate $43.30

*Medicare card holders are eligible for a Medicare rebate on the above fees.*
